The church just finished a new building (well, everything excluding the roof as of now), so they wanted a new website that had a more current look. They wanted it to emphasize the color scheme of the church (blue and white), as well as the fact that it is still an "old-fashioned, wooden church trying to attract new people while not discouraging the older members." With that in mind, I came up with this. It is simple, colorful enough for their tastes, and emphasizes everything they wanted to emphasize to the public. The picture displayed is a stock image from sxc.hu, used with permission, until the roof is put on the new building; I will take a new picture in the spring when the building is complete and there is grass and flowers around the building to replace it with.
