My Bliss: Closer to Home by rthaut My Bliss: Closer to Home by rthaut
I am going to be approaching these differently; the method -kol uses seems to be very effective, so I am going to start doing something similar. I am including screens for both single and dual display setups, including dual and single widescreen setups, so there should be a wallpaper in this file for absolutely everyone.

This wallpaper works with any of the following display setups:
+Dual Display:
-3840x1200 (2 displays @ 16:9)
-3840x1080 (2 displays @ 16:10)
-3200x1200 (2 displays @ 4:3)
-2560x1024 (2 displays @ 5:4)
+Single Display:
-1920x1200 (1 display @ 16:9)
-1920x1080 (1 display @ 16:10)
-1600x1200 (1 display @ 4:3)
-1280x1024 (1 display @ 5:4)

Another addition to my "My Bliss" series (listed on my shoutboard). They seem to be really popular, yet that is not the reason I created them. I will continue creating more in the future because I like making them and looking at them.

The original photograph is by Alistair McRonald. I wanted to create something that was much more likely to be found here in beautiful Wyoming, and, when I saw that photograph, I realized it was very "close to home," so to speak. So I turned it into a "My Bliss" wallpaper, but it still has that obtainable, non-fantasy look to it. I have seen scenes like this one around here, and they are beautiful in a unique way. This one might not be as popular here on dA, but it is without a doubt my favorite one thus far.

boss019 has created a logon screen out of this image. It works with both standard aspect ratio (4:3) and widescreen aspect ratio (16:9 and 16:10) monitors, which is a big plus! You can get it here.

Looks really nice. Great work on this. Be happy I wrote this, I have a splint on my hand right now from a football injury :( hah

Nice work, again.

Thank you so much! I am extremely happy you still wrote me a message even with a splint on your hand. :D If you don't mind my asking, what position do you play in football, or where you just playing with some friends?

There is no active teams around here to play, no school teams or anything. I just play recreationally. I don't play any one thing really, range from quarter back to everything else, almost, anyways. Was just playing with some friends this time around.

That is the best way to go in my opinion; football is meant to be fun. I am still sorry about the injury, though, but it looks like you are doing better now. :)

Thank you. That was something I recently started doing, as not everyone who uses computers can resize images.

I just checked your dA page, but your gallery is empty; it looks like it was not always like that...

You are correct in that I used to have some stuff in my gallery, but I am not an artist by any stretch of the imagination and so I got rid of everything.

Keep up your great work!!

I am by no means an artist either! But I still have a gallery. Besides, that is "in the eyes of the beholder." I really wish I could have seen some of your stuff, but I understand that you no longer wish to show it; I can respect your decision, and I hope you are happy with it. :D

Yeah, no problem; it was in the other one, too. I really like the clouds more in this one; they better fit the camera angle, to me, anyways.

Hey, I know this is wierd, but would you mind :+fav:ing this one, as I am going to be deleting the old one soon. Thank you so much for doing so, if you do. :D
