Installation Instructions

1.) Click the download link located to the left of the preview. ALTERNATIVELY, download it here from Ryno Studios

2.) Extract the contents to your Steam skins directory (usually C:\Program Files\Steam\skins\).

3.) You MUST have a "Vista Basic" folder in the skins directory. Inside the "Vista Basic" folder, there should be several folders.

4.) Open the Settings window in Steam.

5.) Navigate to the Interface tab (the third one).

6.) Select "Vista Basic" from the skin drop-down menu.

7.) Restart Steam when prompted.

No; I made the skin for the program (Steam). VALVe created the program.

This weekend this skin, and a remake of the Vista dark skin, will be released. The Vista Basic skin will be available at this page, while the Vista Dark skin will be available at the current Vista skin page. Browse my gallery to find the link to that page, as that will be the only place to download the skin starting this weekend.

i love it, awesome work, so much better now :) love this and ur dark version, currently using the dark version.
